ご予約宿泊日のは3ヶ月前から承っております。
予約フォームの送信または電話を頂いてこちらから最終的な空室状況の確認後、24時間以内の返信をもってご予約成立となります。
こちらからのご返信はご希望に添えない場合も含め、いただいた全てのリクエストへお送りしておりますので、24時間以内に返信が来ない場合は必ずご連絡さい。

注意事項：予約フォームをご利用の場合、ご連絡いただきすぐに自動返信メールが届きますが、こちらで予約確定ではありません。
その後スタッフより予約状況を確認の上で別途メールを送りし、そちらにより予約が確定となります。

Please make a reservation using the reservation form under this page.
We will send you a confirmation message within 24 hours after checking if we can prepare rooms for you, with which your reservationwill be confirmed. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please call us (025-755-5777). Please check yourspam mail folder, since some mailer may sort our message as a spam message.
In case of reservation by reservation form below: your will receive an auto-reply mail, which is NOT the final confirmation.
In case of reservation by telephone: the operating hours is 8:00-21:00 in Japan time.

キャンセル料は以下の通りとさせていただきます。
宿泊日の2日前まで　無料
宿泊日の前日　宿泊料の50％
当日のキャンセルまたは不泊　宿泊料の100％
※人数変更、日程変更等についても上記に準じたキャンセル料が発生しますのでご了承ください。
※貸し切り、長期滞在のキャンセル料については別途お問い合わせください。


Below is our cancellation policy.
-Cancellation by the previous day: 50% of room charge
-Cancellation on the reservation day: 100% of room charge
-No show without notice: 100% of room charge
* For reservations of groups with more than 3 people and long stay, we may apply different cancellation policy.
